Helping Hands Senior Foundation

Helping Hands Senior Foundation is a non-profit organization providing care planning resources to people 65+ for housing, food resources, in-home care, financial assistance, personal safety, mobility, medical assistance, planning for the future, and more. Those younger than 65 must have a Medicare-recognized disability. In most cases, we work with seniors who have minimal income and high care needs. Our service area includes 6 Southern California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernandino, San Diego, and Ventura.
