Rosemead Fair Housing Workshop

The Housing Rights Center, in collaboration with the City of Rosemed, will be hosting a Fair Housing Workshop for property owners, managers, and real estate agents.

The Fair Housing Workshop seeks to inform and educate housing providers of the City of Rosemead on the federal and state fair housing laws, what is unlawful under the fair housing laws, and how to avoid housing discrimination. The workshop will also present an overview of basic landlord-tenant rights and responsibilities as they relate to rent increases, evictions, notices, and more. 

Participants will have the opportunity to receive on-site counseling regarding housing discrimination and any housing related concerns. Participants are encouraged to bring guests.
