Spanish Fair Housing Certification Training Seminar

Spanish Fair Housing Certification Training Seminars are presented by Housing Rights Center staff in Spanish and cover the following topics:

-Overview of federal, state and local fair housing laws.
-Detailed coverage of the familial status protection.
-Detailed coverage of disability protection.
-Detailed coverage of sexual harassment in housing.
-Coverage of the fair housing laws related to advertising.
-Explanation of hate crimes in housing.

The seminar also includes pre and post-training tests, a discussion of fair housing scenarios and a question and answer period.
